Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs hard boiled, peeled and chopped
  • 6 Pieces of bacon
  • 1 Avocado chopped 
  • 1/4 cup Grape tomatoes cut  in half
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

Dressing

  • 6 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tsp dry ranch mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add chopped eggs

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until.

  3. Enjoy this egg salad on it’s own or served on lettuce wraps, or even stuffed in an avocado!
