Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 11/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*

  2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder to a bowl and mix

  3. Once combined, add jalapeño, cheddar, garlic, and bacon bits to the flour and mix

  4. In a separate bowl, add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.

  5. Microwave cheese for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds

  6. Add melted cheese to the bowl with the almond flour. Add 2 eggs and mix well

  7. Roll dough into a large ball and divide into 6 pieces

  8. Roll each portion into a ball and poke your finger through the center to form a hole

  9. Arrange bagels on a baking sheet

  10. In a small bowl, lightly beat 1 egg

  11. Brush egg wash onto each bagel and bake 20-22 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
