This keto jalepeño cheddar bagel recipe is perfect on its own or as a low-carb sandwich.
Preheat oven to 400*
Add almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder to a bowl and mix
Once combined, add jalapeño, cheddar, garlic, and bacon bits to the flour and mix
In a separate bowl, add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Microwave cheese for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds
Add melted cheese to the bowl with the almond flour. Add 2 eggs and mix well
Roll dough into a large ball and divide into 6 pieces
Roll each portion into a ball and poke your finger through the center to form a hole
Arrange bagels on a baking sheet
In a small bowl, lightly beat 1 egg
Brush egg wash onto each bagel and bake 20-22 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
