Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken (I used canned chicken)
  • 1 1/2 cups bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup arugula chopped
  • 1/3 cup grape tomatoes cut in half

Mayo Mixture

  • 1/2 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, bacon, arugula and tomatoes in a bowl.

  2. In a small bowl add mayo, parsley, garlic powder and onion powder.

  3. Add mixture to chicken and mix well.

  4. Top with green onions
