This easy Keto garlic knots recipe is perfect for a late-night snack or a low-carb pizza side dish.

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp  garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp  salt
  • Nonstick oil

Toppings Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp  Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp  finely grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Grease baking dish with butter or nonstick oil

  3. In large bowl combine almond flour, garlic, Italian seasoning, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to bowl. 

  5. Microwave for about 40-45 seconds or until the cheese has melted.

  6. Stir mixture until it forms a dough.

  7. Stir in egg until well mixed.

  8. Take dough and cut into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a log and form into a knot like shape,

  9. Place garlic knows 1 inch apart on baking sheets.

  10. In a bowl add butter and melt. Add in garlic, and Italian seasoning.

  11. Brush garlic knows with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 

  12. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
