Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken cooked
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup chopped jalapeno *seeds removed
  • 1/4 cup queso fresco
  • 1/2 cup avocado

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayo and spices.

  2. Add chicken and mix with the mayo mixture.

  3. Add lime juice and mix completely.

  4. Top with slices of jalapeños and cilantro.

  5. Sprinkle with crumbled queso fresco.

  6. Serve with slices of avocado and lime.
