KETO CAJUN CAULIFLOWER RICE

Spice up dinner with a side of keto cajun cauliflower rice. This is an entire meal in one pan – easy cleanup!

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of frozen cauliflower rice (10 oz)
  • 13 ounces cajun style sausage
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, sautee the bell peppers and diced onion in olive oil until they begin to soften.


  2. Add in the sliced sausage and continue to cook for a few minutes or until the sausage starts to brown.

  3. Add in the frozen cauliflower rice and cajun seasoning; mix well and cook until the cauliflower rice is warm and heated all the way through.
