Ingredients

  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks cut in half
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup pork rinds ground
  • 3 tbsp blanched almond flour
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Add eggs to a blow, whisk and set aside.

  3. In a separate bowl add all of your dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Cut mozzarella sticks in half.

  5. Dip each cheese stick in the eggs, then dip them into the breading.

  6. Repeat until all of the cheese sticks are well-coated.

  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the cheese stick.

  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
