Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini, made into noodles
  • 1 lb ground chuck, browned and drained well
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp powdered stevia extract
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 tsp for less heat
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of the slow cooker crock, mix together browned meat, tomatoes, and seasonings.

  2. Place noodled zucchini on top of the meat sauce. Sprinkle the zucchini lightly with additional salt if desired.

  3. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

  4. Remove lid and toss zoodles with meat sauce before serving.
