Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F.
Whisk one egg and set aside. This will be used for the egg wash.
Combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 1⁄2 minutes. Stir until well combined.
Add flour mixture and 2 eggs. Mix well until you have dough.
Split the dough into 6 balls. Roll them out into thin strips, then form into a pretzel shape.
Place the pretzels on a prepared baking sheet. Brush each with egg wash. Top with a sprinkle of sea salt.
Bake for approximately 12 minutes.
Remove and let cool slightly. Serve with Honey Mustard Dip.
