These keto gaucamole deviled eggs are the perfect snack or appetizer for holiday parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 4 tbsp red bell pepper finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.

  2. In a bowl, combine yolks with avocado and mayo. Use a potato masher or fork to break down the yolks and avocado.

  3. Add garlic salt, onion powder, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Mix well until you have a creamy texture.

  4. Spoon the mixture into the egg whites. (I used a ziplock bag to pipe the mixture in.)

  5. Place 3-4 small pieces of red bell pepper on each egg.
