  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Keto-friendly granular sugar substitute
  • 4 tbsp Sugar-Free maple syrup


  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir well.

  2. Add vanilla extract, 1 tsp cinnamon, salt, and 1 Tbsp sugar substitute. Mix well until you have a dough texture.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining sugar substitute with 1 tsp cinnamon.

  4. Roll the dough into small balls, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on a large plate or baking sheet. Press down with fingers or fork to form a cookie shape. Let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.

  5. Store in an airtight container. ENJOY!
