Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and knead them together with your hands until completely combined.
Roll the mixture into 35 even-sized balls, about an inch in diameter.
Place the sausages balls on a baking rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
