Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pkg Ranch seasoning mix zero carb version
  • 2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bags Cheddar Moon Cheese crushed into crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place the chicken into a ziploc bag with the Ranch seasoning and toss to coat well.

  3. Add the egg and heavy whipping cream to a bowl and whisk to combine.

  4. Put the crushed Moon cheese crumbs into a shallow bowl or plate.

  5. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture and then coat them in the Moon Cheese crumbs.

  6. Add the coated chicken to a baking rack that has been placed on a large baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through, and serve with your favorite keto-friendly dipping sauce.
