This keto white chocolate peppermint bark recipe is super easy and a fun way to enjoy a low-carb dessert.
In a bowl, microwave chocolate with coconut oil. 30-second intervals until you are able to easily stir the chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Top with broken peppermint candies.
Place in the freezer to set. Approximately 30 minutes.
Remove and break into pieces.
