Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers sliced thin
  • 15-20 radishes sliced thin
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Cut the ends off of the radishes and cucumbers, and slice them thinly with the skin on.

  2. Add the sliced vegetables to a large mixing bowl.

  3. Place the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and salt and pepper to taste into the mixing bowl and stir to combine well.

  4. Chill for at least an hour before serving if desired.
