These mini keto cheese balls are the perfect game-day appetizer or a high-protein snack when you are craving something salty.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the pecans. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized small 1-1 ½ inch cheese balls.
Place the finely chopped pecans into a shallow bowl, and roll each of the cheese balls in them to coat the outside well.
Put the cheeseballs onto a tray and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
