Mini Keto Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Bacon crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Pecans finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the pecans. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized small 1-1 ½ inch cheese balls.

  3. Place the finely chopped pecans into a shallow bowl, and roll each of the cheese balls in them to coat the outside well.

  4. Put the cheeseballs onto a tray and place into the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
