  • 1/2 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil separated
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano dried
  • 2 cups Zucchini Noodles
  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the bottom of a loaf pan or other small casserole dish.

  3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the dish and leave a circle open in the center.

  4. Pour the feta into the center of the casserole dish in the middle of the tomatoes.

  5. Sprinkle the oregano and dried basil over the ingredients and top with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

  7. While the mixture is baking, saute the zucchini noodles in a skillet with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil until done to your liking.

  8. Remove from the oven, crush the tomatoes a bit, add the minced garlic and stir a bit to combine well.

  9. Toss the zucchini noodles into the dish, and stir to combine.

  10. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
