Garlic Butter Cabbage Stir Fry

This easy cabbage stir fry comes together in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Green Cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1/2 stick Butter 1/4 cup
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 dash Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large, deep skillet, begin to heat butter with minced garlic.  

  2. Once butter is melted, add cabbage. Continue to cook over medium heat until cabbage becomes slightly tender (approximately 5-7 minutes).

  3. Stir in a dash of salt & pepper.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and shredded Parmesan cheese.
