This low-carb garlic butter steak is ideal for celebration dinners and special occasions. It's the perfect keto dinner for two!
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, and season both sides of the steaks well with salt and pepper.
Place the steaks into the hot pan, and sear evenly on both sides, cooking the steak almost to your liking.
Remove some of the extra grease/oil in the pan, and reduce the heat to medium.
Add the butter garlic and rosemary to the pan, tossing the steak well to coat it.
Spoon the herbed garlic butter mixture over the top of the steaks, cooking the rest of the way to your desired temperature, keeping in mind that they will continue to cook a bit while resting.
Remove the steaks from the pan and set them aside to rest.
Add the zucchini to the pan with the garlic butter mixture, and add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Cook the zucchini evenly on both sides until softened to your liking.
Return the steak to the pan and serve topped with freshly chopped parsley for garnish if desired.
