Ramen Stir Fry With Keto Stir Fry Sauce

Instead of rice, make this low-carb ramen stir fry with my favorite keto stir fry sauce. It only has 5g net carb in each serving.

Ingredients

Stir Fry

  • 1 can Palmini Angel Hair Noodles rinsed and drained well
  • 2 cups Napa Cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup` Green Onions for garnish
  • 2 Eggs

Keto Stir Fry Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove.

  2. Add the bell pepper, carrots and mushrooms to the heated skillet, and saute until becoming tender.

  3. Stir in the napa cabbage, place the lid on the skillet, and saute until the cabbage softened.

  4. Place the palmini noodles into the skillet, stir to combine and saute another 3-5 minutes.

  5. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and stir to combine well.

  6. Pour the sauce over the mixture in the skillet, and stir to combine.

  7. Saute another minute, and then garnish with green onion and red pepper flakes before serving.
