Ingredients

  • 3 pound Beef Roast
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning Mix Zero-Carb Version
  • 3 tsp Beef Bouillon Base
  • 6 Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Cut into slices
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Season the roast with salt and pepper, and place it into the bottom of the Crockpot along with the onions and pepperoncini peppers.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, bouillon base, ranch seasoning mix and minced garlic.

  3. Pour the mixture over the roast and onions.

  4. Place the lid on the Crockpot, and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

  5. Shred the beef and serve.
