Keto Steak and Shrimp Kabobs

This keto steak and shrimp kabobs is low-carb and perfect for cookouts, BBQs, and a filling lunch. Make it with garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 1/2 large Red Bell Pepper chopped into large pieces
  • 1/2 large Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped into large pieces
  • 1/2 large Red Onion chopped inot large pieces
  • 1 pound Steak Cut into large chunks
  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp peeled and deveined with tails on

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 tbsp Parsley fresh, chopped
  • 2 tsp Garilc minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill, or the oven to 375 degrees, depending on your preferred cooking method. If using the oven, soak the skewers in water a few hours before using.

  2. Place the shrimp, steak and vegetables into a large mixing bowl.

  3. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss to combine well.

  4. Layer the vegetables and protein on the skewers in any way that you like.

  5. For grill preparation, place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. For the oven, cook for 15-20 minutes, turning the kebabs halfway through the cooking time.

  6. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the garlic butter.

  7. As soon as the kebabs come off of the grill or out of the oven, brush them liberally with the garlic butter before serving.
