This keto honey mustard chicken recipe only has 5g net carbs per serving. It only takes 35 minutes to make and clean-up is easy!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Sear both sides of the chicken, and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the honey, butter and dijon mustard.
Place the chicken into a large mixing bowl with the green beans, and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top. Toss to combine well.
Add the chicken and green beans in a single layer to a sheet pan.
Cover the sheet pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
