  • 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 packet Low-Carb Taco Seasoning
  • 2 cups Mexican-blend cheese shredded
  • 1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes Undrained
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream


  1. Cook the sausage in a saucepan over medium high heat until completely browned. Drain any excess grease and reduce the heat to medium.

  2. Add the cream cheese to the sausage and stir until completely combined.

  3. Stir in the Rotel, taco seasoning and heavy whipping cream until smooth.

  4. Add in the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and combined.

  5. Serve with your choice of keto items for dipping, and garnish with sliced pickled jalapenos.
