Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Italian Sausage Mild or Hot
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Medium Zucchini Chopped
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted
  • 3 tsp Minced garlic
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat on the stove. Add the vegetables, and saute until just beginning to soften. Remove and set aside.

  2. Add the meat to the same skillet and saute until browned completely. Drain any excess fat.

  3. Place the butter, onion powder and garlic into the skillet with the meat, and saute until the butter is melted.

  4. Return the vegetables to the skillet and add the worcestershire sauce as well as salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.

  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
