Cobb Salad

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce shredded
  • 3 cups Chicken Breast cooked, chopped
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes seeded and diced
  • 3 Eggs Hard-Boiled, peeled, diced
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup Blue Cheese crumbled
  • 3 Green Onions sliced

Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk


  1. Mix the ingredients for the dressing.

  2. Layer ingredients in the trifle bowl in this order: lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, boiled eggs, dressing, bacon, blue cheese, and green onions.

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
