Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until browned and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
Place the butter in the skillet and lower the temperature to medium.
Saute the garlic in the skillet for 30 seconds.
Pour in the white cooking wine, and saute until the liquid is reduced by half.
Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, basil and lemon juice as well as more salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in the palmini noodles and grated parmesan. Saute until the sauce thickens.
Add the chicken back to the pan and stir to coat well in the sauce.
Serve with fresh shredded parmesan cheese and lemon slices for garnish.
