This keto tuna pasta is super easy to make with pantry staples you already have. It is a budget-friendly recipe for your family.
Open and drain canned tuna and palmini noodles. Set both aside, for now.
Zest 1 lemon, set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic, saute until fragrant.
Add tuna and lemon juice. Continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Stir in Palmini noodles. Cook until noodles are heated through, then add ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat. Garnish with additional parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and lemon zest.
