Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil

Garnish

  • Chopped Green Onion
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Add the chicken to the heated skillet and saute until cooked through. Season the chicken with pepper to taste.

  3. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sugar free honey, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, ginger paste and sesame oil.

  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, reduce the heat to medium and simmer until the sauce has thickened.

  5. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
