Ingredients

  • 1 small Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 2 Jalapenos chopped and seeded
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tsp Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Start by placing your shredded chicken, jalapenos, cream cheese, seasoning, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Spray your mini waffle maker with cooking spray.

  4. Cover the bottom of your waffle maker in shredded cheese.

  5. Add a spoonful of chicken mixture on top.

  6. Top with more shredded cheese.

  7. Close your waffle maker and cook for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese becomes browned.

  8. Remove from the waffle maker and let it cool slightly.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
