Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. With a hand mixer, beat eggs and baking soda until frothy/stiff peaks.

  3. Add in peanut butter and combine.

  4. For the chocolate chips, I add in ΒΌ cup to the batter and sprinkle a few on top once it is in the loaf pan. You can use more if you want.

  5. I used a 5.5 X 3 inch loaf pan and lined it with parchment paper to bake. If you use a bigger loaf pan, keep an eye on the bake time.

  6. Start checking on your loaf around 20 minutes.

  7. The loaf is finished baking when a toothpick comes out clean.
