These keto everything bagel breadsticks are made with real pumpkin puree. They are the perfect fall side dish at family dinners.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir in greek yogurt, pumpkin, and egg.
Using your hands, mold the dough into a ball. Separate small pieces and roll out into long breadsticks.
Place the breadsticks on a prepared baking sheet. Top with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool.
I rolled my breadsticks out on a coconut flour-covered surface. Note: the
dough will not be as sticky as regular dough. Be gentle with it, so it doesn’t fall apart
when moving to the baking sheet.
I sprayed the top of my breadsticks with cooking spray so the seasoning
would stick easier.
