A gluten-free and low-carb trail mix with cranberries is a fun DIY food gift and a perfect snack when you are craving something salty.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine walnuts, pecans, almonds and sunflower seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy.
Add the egg white to the mixed nuts, along with sugar substitute, cinnamon and salt. Toss well.
Pour the mixture on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Stirring halfway through the process. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Combine cooked nuts with coconut flakes, cranberries and white chocolate chips.
