Ingredients

  • 15 ounces Frozen Cheesesteak Meat
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 5 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Place the cheesesteak meat into a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until completely browned. Drain the excess fat and set it aside.

  2. Add the butter to a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.

  3. Mix in the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until the vegetables are just beginning to soften and then stir in the cooked meat as well.

  4. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and simmer for about 15 minutes.

  7. Mix in the mozzarella cheese until melted and serve topped with some red and green bell peppers as well as parsley.
