Keto Asian Chicken

  • 1 pound Chicken Breast cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Green Onion chopped

Asian Chicken Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Rice Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum


  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

  2. Add in the chicken, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until completely cooked through.

  3. Stir in the mushrooms, and saute until they begin to soften.

  4. Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, and whisk well to combine.

  5. Mix in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.

  6. Pour the sauce over the mixture in the skillet, and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

  7. Garnish with the green onions before serving.
