Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Add in the chicken, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until completely cooked through.
Stir in the mushrooms, and saute until they begin to soften.

Mix in the garlic and saute another 30 seconds.
