  • 3 cups Chicken shredded
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers deseeded and finely chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1/3 cup Bacon Pieces
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the onions and peppers to the saucepan, and saute until softened.

  3. Stir in the jalapeno peppers and minced garlic and saute a minute more.

  4. Heat the cream cheese for about 15 seconds in the microwave to melt it slightly, and stir into the vegetables in the saucepan until well combined.

  5. Stir the chicken broth in a little at a time.

  6. Add in the bacon pieces, shredded chicken and heavy whipping cream, stir to combine.

  7. Simmer for 20 minutes.

  8. Stir in the shredded cheddar and salt and pepper to taste.

  9. Serve garnished with sliced of Jalapeno pepper and additional crumbled bacon.
