This sweet keto orange cranberry bread is the perfect holiday dessert or DIY food gift. It has all the colors and tastes of Christmas.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add all of the ingredients for the bread to a mixing bowl, except for the cranberries.
Beat on high until smooth and creamy.
Fold the cranberries into the batter.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Let the bread cool to room temperature.
Whisk together the ½ cup Swerve, ½ tsp vanilla and heavy whipping cream in a bowl until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the bread and serve garnished with orange zest.
