These easy keto chicken fritters are incredibly cheesy and budget-friendly too! The garlic aioli is incredible!

Ingredients

Keto Chicken Fritters

  • 1 can Chicken Breast Meat 10 ounces
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Garlic Aioli

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the fritters except the oil to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.

  2. Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.

  3. Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

  4. Place the patties into the heated oil, and cook for several minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Drain the patties on a paper towel lined plate.

  6. In a bowl, stir together the ingredients for the garlic aioli sauce.

  7. Serve the fritters hot with the sauce on the side.
