For the best party food or low-carb snack, make these keto bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks. They are just like your favorite bar food!
Slice the mozzarella sticks in half. Place in your freezer for 3 hours (or overnight). This will keep the cheese from melting too quickly before the bacon has cooked.
Parcook the bacon in your microwave: Separate the bacon slices, place on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Cook for 2-3 minutes, depending how thick your bacon is.
Wrap bacon around frozen cheese sticks. Place them on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
Broil in your oven for approximately 6-7 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.
Remove and let cool, slightly. Serve with your favorite keto ranch dressing.
