Keto Bacon Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients

  • 6 Mozzarella Sticks
  • 1 pound Bacon 12 slices
  • Keto Ranch for dipping

Instructions

  1. Slice the mozzarella sticks in half. Place in your freezer for 3 hours (or overnight). This will keep the cheese from melting too quickly before the bacon has cooked.

  2. Parcook the bacon in your microwave: Separate the bacon slices, place on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Cook for 2-3 minutes, depending how thick your bacon is.

  3. Wrap bacon around frozen cheese sticks. Place them on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

  4. Broil in your oven for approximately 6-7 minutes, or until bacon is cooked.

  5. Remove and let cool, slightly. Serve with your favorite keto ranch dressing.
