This is the creamiest, richest, and tastiest keto garlic alfredo sauce! It's made with aromatic roasted garlic and melted cheese.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the top off of the garlic head, but do not peel it.
Rub the olive oil over the garlic and wrap the garlic in aluminum foil.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Unwrap the head of garlic and squeeze the roasted garlic out of the husk. Mash it well with a fork in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat on the stove and add in the roasted garlic.
Whisk in the chicken broth and heavy whipping cream.
Add salt and pepper to taste as well as a pinch of nutmeg. Simmer the sauce until it has thickened.
Stir in the parmesan and parsley until the cheese has melted.
