These baked chicken thighs are keto and low-carb, covered in a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce with heat from Sriracha!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Place the chicken thighs in a bowl, and drizzle in the olive oil. Toss to coat well.
Season the chicken with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
Put the chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes. Flip the chicken over, and then bake for another 20 minutes.
Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Coat the chicken in the sauce, and place in the oven until it has caramelized.
