Italian Pork Chops

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Keto Ranch Sauce

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning


  1. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Season the pork chops on both sides with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Add the pork chops to the skillet, and sear evenly on both sides. Saute until cooked through, and then remove from the skillet.

  4. Drain the excess oil from the skillet.

  5. Reduce the heat to medium.

  6. Place the ingredients for the sauce into the skillet, and stir to combine well. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

  7. Add the pork chops back into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce, and saute another few minutes before serving.
