Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Fresh Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Gouda Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Place the green beans in the prepared baking dish. Pour the heavy cream over the green beans. Season with the salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Toss the beans lightly to coat.

  3. Top the beans with the Parmesan and gouda cheese.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until the beans are at the desired tenderness and the cheese has melted.
