This low-carb cheesy green bean casserole is so rich and tasty that you'll enjoy it more than the main course. Kids love it too!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the green beans in the prepared baking dish. Pour the heavy cream over the green beans. Season with the salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest. Toss the beans lightly to coat.
Top the beans with the Parmesan and gouda cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the beans are at the desired tenderness and the cheese has melted.
