Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dill Pickle Chips
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Pork Rinds crushed into crumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.

  2. Whisk the egg in a bowl.

  3. Place the almond flour in a separate bowl.

  4. Mix together the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow bowl.

  5. Coat the pickle chips in the almond flour, dip into the egg mixture and then cover in the pork rind crumb mixture.

  6. Place the coated pickles onto a well greased pie pan.

  7. Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes until browned and crispy.
