Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Whisk the egg in a bowl.
Place the almond flour in a separate bowl.
Mix together the pork rind crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper to taste in a shallow bowl.
Coat the pickle chips in the almond flour, dip into the egg mixture and then cover in the pork rind crumb mixture.
Place the coated pickles onto a well greased pie pan.
Cook in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes until browned and crispy.
