Ingredients

Keto Crab Cakes

  • 8 ounces Crab Meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Pork Rind Crumbs
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil

Old Bay Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, knead together all of the ingredients for the crab cakes until well combined.

  2. Divide the mixture into 7 even patties.

  3. Heat a layer of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.

  4. Saute the crab cakes in the heated oil for 4-6 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

  5. Remove, and drain on a paper towel lined plate.

  6. Mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce until well combined.

  7. Serve immediately.
