In a bowl, knead together all of the ingredients for the crab cakes until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 7 even patties.
Heat a layer of oil in a large skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
Saute the crab cakes in the heated oil for 4-6 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
Remove, and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce until well combined.
Serve immediately.
