Keto Hawaiian Rolls

Use these homemade keto Hawaiian rolls for sliders, as a side dish, or to make breakfast sandwiches. Only 3 grams net carbs each!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 2 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and grease a cast iron skillet or oven-proof baking dish well.

  2. Heat the cream cheese and mozzarella cheese in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals until combined completely into a dough.

  3. Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.

  4. Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 15 even balls. Flatten the balls of dough slightly with your hands, and line in the skillet or baking dish.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

  6. Garnish with melted butter and chopped parsley if desired.
