Each bite of these low-carb steak fajita skewers is delightful! Full of fresh vegetables and juicy steak, add them to your BBQ menu.
In a gallon size freezer bag, combine the meat and seasoning. Close the bag and shake until the meat is well coated. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Prepare the skewers by alternating the vegetables and meat.
Prepare the grill to medium high heat. Carefully oil the grill grates.
Place the skewers on the prepared grill and cook, covered for 10 minutes or until the beef has reached desired doneness, flipping the skewers halfway through the cook time.
Serve alone, with a salad or with low carb tortillas and the toppings for fajitas.
If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes prior to arranging the kebabs.
Other cuts of steak can be used but roast or beef stew meat is not recommended because it will be tough.
