Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1 medium Cucumber chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion chopped
  • 4 ounces Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 splash Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and basil in a mixing bowl, and toss to combine.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pour the dressing mixture over the salad ingredients, and toss to coat well.

  4. Serve immediately, or chill before serving if you desire.
