Covered in a flavorful Italian sauce, this keto sausage skillet is a one-pan dinner. Kielbasa and spinach combine perfectly.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, and saute the onions until softened.
Mix in the minced garlic, and saute for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the mixture thickens.
While the sauce is thickening, heat the sausage in a separate skillet over medium high heat until seared on both sides and heated through.
Add the spinach to the sauce, and saute until wilted.
Stir the sausage into the sauce, and mix to combine well.
Let rest off of the heat for 5 minutes before serving.
