INGREDIENTS:  * Plain Greek Yogurt * Sugar free honey * Vanilla extract * Large strawberries * Blueberries * Sunflower seeds * Sliced almonds

STEP 1:  Place the Greek yogurt into a bowl with the sugar free honey and vanilla. Stir to combine well.

STEP 2:  Spread the yogurt mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

STEP 3:  Layer the strawberry slices and blueberries over the yogurt mixture.

STEP 4:  Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and almonds.

Freeze until hardened & break into pieces
